Patient Billing

We deliver excellent care at reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Lafayette Office Phone Number 925-299-0193. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

If you have insurance

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Your co-pay is due at the time of service.  We pride ourselves on being as accurate as possible with the estimation of your cost based on what your insurance company tells us; however, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees, which are always discussed prior to treatment, charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Please call our office if you receive a statement from our office that does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

We gladly work with all dental insurance plans, however, we are in network only with the following inusrance companies.

  • Cash Discount: Pay your entire bill upfront with cash and receive a discount.
  • Check or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard): Always accepted.
  • Care Credit: Flexible health credit card; no interest payment plan over 6-12 months depending on eligibility. Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
